How are the two machines combined to produce double-wall cups?

1.Inner Cup Production (GD-280):

- Inner cup fan feeding: Printed and die-cut PE/PLA coated paper fans are quickly fed into the conveyor via robotic arms.

- Inner cup forming: Mechanical devices bend the paper fans to the required size, with ultrasonic sealing and ceramic hot air system completing the cup side sealing. The servo motor-controlled bottom paper pre-feeding system delivers the bottom paper in advance, and the bottom sealing is achieved through the ceramic hot air device. A unique Korean-style uniaxial bottom knurling process ensures high cup quality and low leakage rate.

2.Outer Sleeve Formation (GD-280T):

- Outer sleeve fan feeding: paper fans (usually with custom textures, patterns, or brand logos) are rapidly fed into the conveyor by robotic arms.

- Outer sleeve forming: Mechanical devices bend the outer sleeve paper fans to the corresponding size, achieving sealing using ultrasonic sealing and a ceramic hot air system.

3.Integrated Assembly (GD-280T):

- Automated pairing, pressing and combining: The GD-280T's servo-driven cup loading system precisely aligns, combines, and presses the inner cup with the outer sleeve to avoid misalignment. Finished double wall cups undergo quality inspection (via Panasonic photoelectric sensors) to improve the qualification rate.

4.Collection and Stacking:

Automatic counting and stacking system collects the finished cups, preparing them for packaging or shipment.
