Paper cup machine detailed installation steps

1. Main body installation: First, hoist the main body of the paper cup machine to the predetermined position, use a level to adjust it to a horizontal state, and then tighten the anchor bolts.

2. Component assembly: According to the equipment manual, install the key components such as the paper feeding system, molding system, bottom hot pressing system, cutting and demoulding system in sequence, and pay attention to the tight connection and smooth transmission between the components.

3. Electrical wiring: According to the electrical drawings, carry out the electrical wiring of the equipment, including the connection of the control circuit, power circuit and safety protection device.

4. Pipeline connection: Connect the air source pipeline to the pneumatic components on the equipment to ensure no leakage.

5. Lubrication and pre-commissioning inspection: Lubricate all moving parts, check whether the fasteners are loose, and whether the transmission components are flexible and not stuck.
