1. No-load test run: Without power, manually operate each functional component to check whether its motion trajectory is correct and whether there is any interference. Then power on for no-load test run to observe whether the motor runs smoothly and whether the control system is sensitive and reliable.

2. Load debugging: Gradually add paper for load debugging, adjust parameters such as paper feeding speed, forming pressure, cutting timing, etc., until the quality of the paper cup product meets the requirements.

3. Performance test: Conduct continuous production tests, record key indicators such as production efficiency, yield rate, energy consumption, etc., and evaluate whether the equipment performance meets the standards.

4. Safety test: Check whether the various safety protection devices of the equipment (such as emergency stop buttons, protective covers, etc.) are effective to ensure that the equipment can be quickly shut down in an emergency to protect the safety of personnel and equipment.
