Carton erecting machine is an ideal equipment to produce paper box such like hamburger box, chips box, fried chicken box, kids meal box, fast food box, fast noodles box etc.

With firm structure, high precision construction, carton erecting machine can work with low noise at a high speed.

It has paper feeding unit, adjusted unit, glue unit, forming unit, finished products auto collecting unit and also counting unit.

The paper feeding, moving, and paper coming down as well as the forming station use fully servo system, total 4 servo motors involved.

The auto counting system act as the paper strip insert, for example every 50 or 100 pcs there is a mark. So labor work is easier just to take out and pack is ok.

2) We can custom order and ADD plasma device or hot melt glue device on the machine as customer required.

3) We were the first factory in China who choosing servo motor for feeding paper system instead of traditional cam system, it has less noise and easier to adjust in order to make different size and shape boxes.

4) Forming mold could be wooden mold or nylon mold, which is low cost to change a new mold.
