MB-1400A DUAL HEAD BURGER BOX MACHINE is the new invention in this industry which use the non pe coated paper box making machine, which doubled the working speed from single head. And it has 2 independant control system 2 head to control the 2 working stations and total 8 servo motors involved. And the it can produce paper box such like hamburger box, finger chips box, fried chicken box, kids meal box, fast food take away box and so on.
Burger box machine which is using non-PE coated paper for to go food package, it is safer for consumers' health. Non-PE coated paper does not contain any harmful chemicals and is ideal for people to use. It has paper feeding unit, adjusted unit, glue unit, forming unit, finished products auto collecting unit and also counting unit.
In this burger box machine it is fully automatic and fully driven by servo motor, from the paper feeding, moving, and paper drop down as well as the forming and discharging and stacking station , labor cost saving and it can work in a triple speed compared with the pe coated lunch box machine.
The auto counting system act as the paper strip insert, for example every 50 or 100 pcs there is a mark. So labor work is easier just to take them out for packing.

4) Forming mold could be wooden mold or nylon mold, which is easy to change mold at a low cost.
