PRODUCTS FEATURE:
Paper can making machine is a new type of paper cup machine which can produce the cylinder type paper can with bottom automatically sealing automatically. Its different from the regular paper cups, we can make the paper can with top no curling or make the top inside or outside curling, its up to clients demands. The finished paper cans are widely used in modern package industry, for the tea package, customized car hold tissue can, and also the chips cans, as well as for household use the salt can if add with a dispense top head. It can work with the pe coated paper or the Aluminium foil coated paper which can keep the goods inside more fresh and longer time storage.

Paper can bottom sealing by original switzerland hot air ceramic heating core.
It is easy to make cups of different size by changing moulds.
Cup side sealing by ultrasonic.
Single or Double PE coated paper material are available.
With our unique original designed bottom knurling system, single shaft, korea type, this ensures the low leaking ratio and high quality of paper cups.
With open cam system,the drive system is conducted by the stable chain system,it would be more durable and easy maintenance when machine running in long life.
With automatic lubricating system, it will automatic lubricating to every moving parts when machine runs.
Every cam will be harden to ensure it can run for a long long time.
Machine is designed with double turning plates.
Bottom paper we have a special prefeeding system, so the bottom paper feeding is "0" waste.
