MB-C35H disposable paper bowl forming machine can customize and replace molds according to customer needs, and can produce paper bowls of different sizes. The bottom folding, knurling, curling and other processes are operated on a production line, which is more efficient and stable.
The disposable paper bowl forming machine can make kraft paper bowls, double PE coated paper bowls, etc., which can be used to serve salads or noodle soup.
The machine adopts DELTA brand PLC control and FLEXEM brand touch screen operation.

The bottom and side of the paper bowl are respectively sealed with ultrasonic wave and Leister ceramic hot air seal imported from Switzerland.

Compared with MB-C35, it has two more front hot air devices, and preheating makes the cup side sealing more efficient.

The ultrasonic system composed of vibration device, electronic box and welding head which can help paper bowls to achieve better side sealing.
