What Manufacturing Process Is Used To Make Paper Cups?

The main manufacturing processes of paper cups include layering, stripping, printing, die-cutting, molding, rimming and packaging, as follows:
Laminating process: The raw material of paper cups is laminated paper, composed of food grade wood pulp paper and food grade polyethylene film. The inner PE film is waterproof to ensure the paper cup don't leak and the outer layer can be printed as needed.
Slitting process: Use a paper cutter to cut laminate paper into rectangles and roll paper the paper needed for cups. Rectangular paper pieces of paper are used to make cups, and rolls of paper are used to make the bottom of paper cup.
Printing process: Printing patterns or words on rectangular pieces of paper to meet the personalized needs of customers. In the printing process, must ensure that the color is accurate, the pattern is clear, and the ink used must conform to food safety standards.
Die-cutting machine: using a flat press crease cutting machine (commonly known as die-cutting machine) to print rectangular pieces of paper cut into fan paper. These scalloped sheets are key parts of the cup body, and their size and shape must be controlled precisely to ensure the molding quality of the paper cup.
Forming process:
