MB-500 is a double station hydraulic press aluminium paper plate making machine. Its two stations are controlled by different motors, so the two stations can work independently and produce paper trays of different sizes and shapes at the same time. This model is equipped with an advanced automatic control system, which can realize one-button start, automatic paper feeding, automatic forming, automatic paper collection and other functions, greatly reducing the complexity and labor intensity of manual operation.
Paper feeding part adopts aluminium profile, which is convenient to adjust the size after changing the mold. It is easy and simple to operate. Mold uses carbon steel, compared with aluminum alloy material, it is not easy to be deformed, mold surface with anti rust plating.
