Installation
● Installation of the machine will be done by our engineers. Installation and training is free of charge and the whole period is 3 working days. Extended training will be charged USD200 per person per day.
● Customer is also responsible for the expenses of round-trip air tickets, hotel accommodation, meals, and local transportation for engineers. If a translator is required, it will be on customer's account.
● Remarks: During pandemic, usually we provide distance support when comes to installation.
Warranty
● There is 1 year warranty (from the date of installation) on all parts, mechanical and electrical, due to defect in manufacturing, except for consumable parts such as belts, air nozzles, etc. and if "accident" or mal-operation has occurred.
